Our Live Online Training sessions are conducted interactively via Microsoft Teams. Please note:

• Recording Policy: To ensure students never fall behind, all live Microsoft Teams classes are recorded in HD. These recordings capture the presenter’s screen, shared audio, and any student interactions (voice, chat messages, or screen shares).

• Internal LMS Distribution: Class recordings are uploaded directly to our secure LMS and made available exclusively to enrolled students of that specific cohort.

• Student Consent: By participating in live sessions with your microphone or camera enabled, you consent to your interactions being recorded and shared within the student portal.

• Strict Prohibition: Students are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, or re-distributing these portal recordings to outside parties.

4. Third-Party Tools & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share your necessary data with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform:

• Video Collaboration: Microsoft Teams (to host live studio training).
